Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at no cost if it has not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to process your cancellation.
  • After Shipment: If your order has already shipped, cancellations will be treated as returns and processed under our return policy (see below).

Return Policy

We accept returns under the following terms:

  • Return Window: You must initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: The container home must be unused, unmodified, in its original condition, and free of damage caused by the customer.
  • Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the container home is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.
    • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds can be requested within 45 days of delivery, provided the return meets our conditions.
  • Inspection: Returned container homes will be inspected within 5–10 business days of receipt to confirm they meet return criteria (unused, undamaged, etc.).
  • Refund Processing:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection approval, and no later than 30 days from the date we receive the return.
    • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    • Custom or Personalized Orders: Container homes built to your specific requirements or customizations.
    • Mixed or Modified Items: Goods that have been altered, installed, or combined with other items after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your container home arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us immediately:
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or return at no cost to you, including all shipping fees. Please provide photos or evidence of the issue when contacting us to expedite the process.

Gift Purchases

  • If the container home was purchased as a gift:
    • Refunds for items shipped to the original buyer will be issued to the original payment method.
    • If delivered directly to the recipient, a store credit or gift certificate will be issued instead.
