Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipping

International Shipping

International orders may take longer due to customs clearance. Delivery times can vary from 7 to 22 business days, depending on the destination. All import duties and taxes are handled by Quantums Container, ensuring there are no additional fees upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 days of shipment confirmation, please contact us.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at contact@quantumscontainer.com or call +1 (774) 274-3298. We will assist you in resolving the issue, either through a replacement or return process.

Return and Warranty Policy

If you need to return an item due to a change of mind, you can do so within 30 days of receiving the product. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For valid warranty claims, returns can be initiated within 90 days. Once your return is received and inspected, we will reimburse your shipping costs if the product is found to be defective.

Cancellations
