2. Products and Orders

2.1 Product Information

  • We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications for our container homes. However, we don’t guarantee that all content is error-free, complete, or current.

2.2 Order Confirmation

  • Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject it at our discretion due to factors like availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  • Confirmation is sent once payment clears (see Payment Policy).

2.3 Pricing

  • Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. Final costs are shown at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices before accepting your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.2 Delivery

  • U.S. shipping takes 7–15 business days; international takes 10–25 business days (per Shipping Policy).
  • You’re responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We’re not liable for delays or failures due to incorrect details.

4.3 International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees, payable at checkout or delivery (per Shipping Policy).

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

5.1 Cancellations

  • Cancel free of charge before shipment. Post-shipment cancellations follow the Refund Policy (per Shipping Policy).

5.2 Returns

  • Initiate within 30 days of delivery; notify us within 48 hours for damaged/defective items or 30 days for other returns (per Refund Policy).
  • Items must be unused, unmodified, and in original condition. Custom items are non-returnable unless defective.

5.3 Damaged/Defective Items

5.4 Refunds

  • Processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting returns, with funds returned to the original bank account (per Refund Policy). Total time, including bank processing, won’t exceed 30 days from receipt.
